A distinguished University of Utah alumnus, Rob Thorn is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of expertise in pharmacy benefit management and rebate administration. As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at VistaRx, he spearheads novel business initiatives, streamlines processes, and enhances revenue streams. Recognized as an exceptional leader, Rob nurtures invaluable relationships with industry executives, ensuring VistaRx consistently provides exceptional service to clients. His strategic vision and dedication empower the team to deliver unrivaled solutions in the evolving healthcare industry.
Outside his professional achievements, Rob enjoys nurturing his garden, beekeeping, and caring for his chickens alongside his wife and two dogs. During the summer, he finds joy in hunting and spending quality time with friends and family in the beautiful surroundings of Park City, Utah.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & CLIENT SERVICES
After earning her credentials in pharmacy management, Melissa began her career in the pharmaceutical industry at HealthLift Pharmacy Services. There, she excelled as a helpdesk manager, honing her expertise in pharmacy processing and management. Melissa’s extensive knowledge and experience will help innovate VistaRx’s customer experience and operations so we can better serve our clientele with new service offerings.
Outside her professional life, Melissa finds joy in nature. An avid hiker, she frequently explores rugged trails, seeking breathtaking landscapes. At home, she nurtures a vibrant collection of indoor plants, showcasing her green thumb and dedication to growth.
