CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
After earning his MBA from Georgetown University, Cameron Anderson embarked on a career in healthcare analytics. He initially joined a biotech firm where he played a crucial role in devising market growth strategies and conducting market modeling. Seeking new challenges and opportunities, he joined HealthLift Pharmacy Services and co-founded VistaRx in 2018. Cameron is the driving force behind the company’s performance, market growth, and product development.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Cameron actively participates in his local community and competes in cycling and mountain running events within the Intermountain West. Being a dedicated parent, he often has his little guy in tow, either in a backpack or a bike trailer. Cameron’s love for knowledge extends beyond his career, as an avid reader with a deep passion for photography and travel.
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Rob, a distinguished University of Utah alumnus, is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of expertise in pharmacy benefit management and rebate administration. As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at VistaRx, he spearheads novel business initiatives, streamlined processes, and enhanced revenue streams. Recognized as an exceptional leader, Rob nurtures invaluable relationships with industry executives, ensuring VistaRx consistently provides exceptional service to clients. His strategic vision and dedication empower the team to deliver unrivaled solutions in the evolving healthcare industry.
Outside his professional achievements, Rob enjoys nurturing his garden, beekeeping, and caring for his chickens alongside his wife and two dogs. During the summer, he finds joy in hunting and spending quality time with friends and family in the beautiful surroundings of Park City, Utah.
Melissa Smith
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & CLIENT SERVICES
After earning her credentials in pharmacy management, Melissa began her career in the pharmaceutical industry at HealthLift Pharmacy Services. There, she excelled as a helpdesk manager, honing her expertise in pharmacy processing and management. Melissa’s extensive knowledge and experience will help innovate VistaRx’s customer experience and operations so we can better serve our clientele with new service offerings.
Outside her professional life, Melissa finds joy in nature. An avid hiker, she frequently explores rugged trails, seeking breathtaking landscapes. At home, she nurtures a vibrant collection of indoor plants, showcasing her green thumb and dedication to growth.

Brian Anderson
FOUNDER & CEO
With an impressive tenure of over 35 years in the pharmacy space, Brian has established and successfully sold multiple companies, spanning non-emergent medical transportation, radiology, and third-party benefits for prominent national pharmacy chains. Widely recognized in the industry for his commitment to innovation, integrity, and excellence, Brian continues to shape new ventures and disrupt the status quo.
Beyond his business acumen, Brian applies his innovative mindset to all facets of life. He has ingeniously devised various methods for cultivating tomato gardens, boasting an impressive array of over 20 different varieties. Embracing an active lifestyle, he remains engaged in local pickleball leagues and stays connected to his Midwestern roots by reading the Southern Illinoisan. In addition to his professional achievements, Brian is a valued community leader, a cherished friend, and a dedicated family man.
